Our community has been through a lot over the last couple of years, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines as much as possible. At this time, we’d like to inform you of a number of topics pertinent to your care at Rise + Smile Orthodontics.
Prior to Arrival
- Please call and reschedule if you, your child, or anyone else who you’ve had recent close contact with have had any of the following:
- A fever (defined as above 100.4 degrees)
- A cough
- Shortness of breath and/or persistent pain, pressure, or tightness in the chest
- Close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19
At the Appointment
We respect the decision of each person as to whether or not they choose to wear a face covering during their appointment.
Sterilization Procedures
While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.
Virtual Exams for New Patients
If you are interested in a virtual exam, please call the office at 512-892-1188, or email us at info@riseandsmile.com. Virtual exams are a conventient way to discuss your orthodontic needs during this time. Dr. Mathue is able to answer most questions virtually, and our office can then give you an estimate on treatment.
